WARRANTY POLICY & PRODUCT REGISTRATION
- The requirements of warranty:
- Should Eylys warming eye device and/or accessories fail due to a defect in functionality under normal use during the warranty period set forth below, Oculab Pvt. Ltd., shall at its discretion, replace the same.
- Original retail invoice from authorized reseller is mandatory for consideration of warranty. Warranty will be void in absence of original retail invoice from authorized reseller, or if customer removes, tampers or alters identification labels on package or invoice.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies to original purchaser only.
- Warranty period:
- Eylys warming eye device and its accessories come with a warranty of 3 months from date of purchase as mentioned in original retail invoice.
- Warranty will terminate on the expiry of warranty period, even if device may be unused during the warranty period for any reason.
- In case of replacement, warranty period will remain in force till 100 days from date of first purchase, and not till 100 days from date of replacement.
- What this warranty does not cover:
- Dissatisfaction or incomplete benefit from use of device and/or accessories.
- Routine wear and tear, soilage of device, its fabric and/or accessories.
- Damage to device and/or accessories caused by fire, soaking, liquid spillage, chemicals, detergents or unauthorized 3rd party accessories.
- Damage to device and/or accessories from opening/attempt to open them.
- Damage to device and/or accessories from accidents, drops, scratches, dents, punctures or forceful attachment or detachment into USB port.
- Process of device / accessory replacement under warranty:
- Upon receiving a formal complaint of device and/or accessories covered under warranty, Oculab Pvt. Ltd. will assess the issue over call. If needed, pick-up may be arranged within 2 weeks.
- After assessment, if deemed valid, Oculab will, at its discretion, courier a replacement device and/or accessories in basic carton packaging.
- After assessment, if deemed invalid, Oculab will courier the original device and/or accessories in carton packaging to purchaser. In this case, cost of pick-up & reverse logistics will be borne by purchaser.
