1. Cancellation Policy: Eylys.com reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, such as unavailability of the product, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If such a cancellation occurs, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed in 14 business days.
2. Refund Policy: Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds at this time.
3. Return Policy: We do not offer any returns of the opened product at this time.
4. Exchange Policy: In case of manufacturing defect (non-functional products), it may be exchanged within 1 year of purchase on producing an original retail invoice from an authorized distributor. For more details, kindly refer to warranty policy. Any exchange or replacement which arises will be dispatched with in 14 business days.
