How to use
Two steps. Warm first, then massage.
Clean your face and eyes. Plug the mask into any USB-C power source: phone, power bank, laptop, using the cable in the box. Press the switch and it starts on Blue (least warm). Press again to move to Green, then Red, whichever feels right. Fasten the mask over closed eyes, not too tight, and rest your head. It shuts off on its own after 5 minutes.
Then pick up the roller. Roll it over closed eyes, up to down on the upper lid, down to up on the lower lid. Five times each.
Some blurriness afterward is normal. Blink a few times and it clears. Use it daily, and don't cinch the mask down hard.
